How are delivery charges?

Currently delivery to the majority of England and Wales on all orders over £500 is free of charge, delivery charges vary depending on product, please see each product for more information.

When do you dispatch my order?

We dispatch all orders the next working morning at 7.00am, wthis is what we refer to as, one-day dispatch.

Parcel Size reference

  • Small Items

    Our small item deliveries include products such as taps, wastes, or shower heads. We entrust these deliveries to Royal Mail 48, ensuring a prompt delivery within approximately 2-3 days. We dispatch over 1,000 products weekly. Should you require faster delivery, we offer a 24-hour service at an additional cost.
  • Medium Packages

    For medium-sized items like shower valve boxes or back-to-wall toilets, we use Parcelforce. This service is fully trackable and is a leader in the UK logistics industry, with 54 depots nationwide. Deliveries are typically made within 48 hours, with 93.7% of orders reaching their destination within 24 hours.
  • Large Items

    Large items, such as baths, bathroom furniture, or fragile glass pieces, are delivered on a pallet via kerbside delivery. Please note that the delivery team is not insured to enter your property. On the morning following your order, our logistics partners will contact you by phone and email to arrange a specific day for delivery when you are available. You may also request a call one hour prior to delivery. We ensure that large items are not delivered without prior coordination with you. Delivery times for large items are generally 3-4 days.
